1.i have been accused two times for hacking two girls myspaces. for no reason. because my mom is a multimedia teacher.

4.what are some good programs of editing pictures instead of photoshop, and they have to be free also. and not on a computer cd or anything. just like go to the website and dowload it.

I would have to say it is illegal, depending on the situation. However, legal action probably would not be taken. Again, depending on the situation.

Hacking is a broad term. It would be irresponsible to tell you how to do it, but a google search might shine some light on the subject. Social Engineering is a term that comes to mind.

As for free editing software that is comparable to Photoshop, download GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) It has most of the features that Photoshop does.
