These layouts are created using a combination of different Style codes (CSS), HTML and a DIV overlay...

Try going to the library and find a nice book on how to create good web pages... focus on the usage of tables...

DIV overlays basically take the layout you create using tables and place it over the sections you have either "hidden" or want to cover up...

well i can say that you shouldnt copy these strangers codes to get their layouts for youre backgrounds profile. well you need to go to the right layout sites where you can high light the code by pasted it to paste on youre profile instead. im not sure what layout website you went to but i ll gave you the safer place that you can learn to get the code and background you want to paste on yours . www.mygen.co.uk and other layouts site ,mypimp.com theyre are easlier and safed to go on and fun to get.
