Ok, wow. Uh neither one is that pretty. They're both pretty much just "OK whatever". Both need to do their hair and make up better and they should have someone else take their picture cause the focus is off in both.
I'd say they're both about 4s on a 1-10 scale. If you really want to know whose prettier, then re do these pics when they're ready to have their picture taken cause neither one is done justice by how they look in their pics. But if I had to choose between the two based on what the pics show, I'd go with Girl #2.
