no they don't and for good reasons. I have 3 people pn my myspace that are all dead. Two died in a car accident and 1 died of cancer. People are still able to go on their page and write comments to them and what not, even though they are obviously not logging on!

No, they don't. Your profile only gets deleted if you break the TOS or you delete it yourself.

Well, Myspace won't delete your account due to inactivity. But, they will start deleting accounts soon if you're under 14 years of age. It gets in with people's right and the Constitution, but MySpace and the government don't care about what I found. I sent a message to MySpace, yet they never replied. Just be warned, they will track your IP, then delete your account if you're under 14 years of age soon. If you live in Texas they won't...cause Texas didn't agree...

No they do not. But, you can delete them yourself if you want to. To do this go to your myspace %26gt; Edit Profile %26gt; Account Settings %26gt; then under "Account Cancellation" click "Cancel Account"
